Udta Punjab moves Bombay High Court

The film-makers are not the ones to budge and give into the demands of the Censor Board. The latest development on the controversy is Anurag Kashyap moving the High Court to seek justice on the due release of Udta Punjab.  

In an unusual case, the CBFC has demanded 80+ major cuts and the removal of Punjab state from the narrative and its title.

Bombay High Court will be hearing Anurag's case against the Censor Board soon and subsequently the judgement will follow.
