Salman Khan files a defamatory suit against TV Channel for conducting a Sting Operation on the Chinkara Killing in 98. 






A TV Channel with footage of the alleged Chinkara killing case involving Salman Khan and other cast members, who claimed to have evidence of the actual event, featuring eye-witnesses as well, is taken to court by the Superstar. 

A 100 Crore defamation case has been pressed against the Channel. The case goes back to 1998, when Salman Khan was shooting for Hum Saath Saath Hain and allegedly killed two endangered Chinkaras in Bhawad,Jodhpur as well as Godha Farms. 

Salman Khan feels the video tape is malicious in nature, and wants it to be taken down and restrain from any mass release. The parties are negotiating to settle the matter, as the channel claims to have deleted al the matrial around the case. 

The matter will be heard on November, 18. Rajasthan HC has already acquitted the actor in the said matter.
