Innovative latest Marketing Campaigns


Bollywood is known to lure with their amazing marketing strategies. We present to you high-points of several film campaigns, which surely made us associate with the film.

Here we go.

      1.       Neerja


Trust Sonam Kapoor to be a pro at Social Media. This lovely young actress has always impressed us with her knowledge of the medium. She has utilized it to the fullest for film promotions.  Currently running #FearVsNeerja, she has roped in her actor buddies to make a short video and share their fears with the world. She is personally, re-posting these videos.  We’ve got you the most popular ones below

      2.      Tamasha


The super talented star cast of Tamasha, Ranbir and Deepika, flaunted their acting skills with a staged ‘Tamasha’ on Comedy Nights with Kapil. The two seemed extremely prepared for their appearance and came out with flying colors in their acts. Ranbir was seen enacting a Street Entertainer who collects money from audience in return of his talent. He also aped Dev Anand’s style for some acts,  which he even used in his hit song Matargashti. They staged the classic Romeo-Juliet proposal albeit in a comical style.  The fans were left intrigued with their show-stopping performance.



      3.       Saala Khadoos


This impactful film was marketed neatly. We believe that Social Media has turned out to become one of the biggest talking points for any film. With celebrity generated content going viral,  fans are interacting with the film in question / celebrity like never before.  Saala Khadoos’s Producer started the trend #MeraSaalaKhadoos where in other celebrities had to share pictures of their mentor who have pushed them to do better.
Notably, all these messages are published on Twitter, the social network, used by majority of filmdom folks.



          4.       Kyaa Kool Hai Hum 3


Trust Ekta Kapoor to have wild film content as well as wilder campaigns for her film’s promotions. Her company Alt Entertainment devised the idea of tying up with 40 odd porn websites to advertise the trailer of ‘Kyaa Kool Hai Hum 3’. Reaching the right set of target audience with this move as the film’s lead actors were a part of porn movies, this was indeed a masterstroke.




 5.       Bajirao Mastani


Sanjay Leela Bhansali can create love stories to war zones with equal ease. Trust him for sensitizing you with his great film-making skills. We love his fiction tales as they seem real as well his films which are based on historic legends.  To open the promotions of Bajirao Mastani, the ace film maker conducted a Maha Aarti to launch his song ‘Gajanana’ during the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. The film was blessed and remains to be 2015’s favorite magnum opus.
