Best Posters in Recent Times
Here’s a collection of some of the best recent posters in B-town and just why they seem so amazing. Take a look and archive them in your memories J
Rowdy Rathore
Hats off to the brilliance of this poster design. Technicolor which had long been forgotten from visuals, was brought back with Rowdy Rathore. The tone is old-school yet contemporary for today’s audience. Keeping the film’s raw appeal intact, this one makes it to our favorite.
Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara
Bright and cheerful in nature, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara is stunningly easy-going. We know just by its look that the characters are possibly on a holiday. The vibe of freedom is alive and justifies its title Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara
2 States
North meets South in this unusually cool love story. We’d like to congratulate the makers for a perfect depiction of a brewing romance between two united lovers, separated by their place and hence, culture. One of our few favorites is 2 States
Queen
Queen is a film that truly celebrated the spirit of womanhood. How the protagonist comes out of her shell and explores different sides to her personality among people of different origin is encapsulated in this bright and cheery poster of Queen.
Gunday
We love the cluttered look of the poster, just how
they used to make them in the 70s. Gunday has used all of its USP’s under one
poster design and rocked it.
Love, Sex aur Dhoka
We love the voyeuristic backdrop of being watched by
an eye, also an alternate representation of a webcam. The intimacy is
simplistic and sums up the film title rather well.
Tanu Weds Manu
One of our favorite wedding poster's has to be the Tanu Weds Manu look without a doubt. Love seems to be pouring all over its visuals. We must congratulate the choice of colors and tonality that provide a celebratory feel
Wazir
An extremely different poster for a different film. When chess plays a witness to the entire plot, you need to add it to the visuals. We must take notice of this amazing composition chosen for Wazir
