Deepika is a State Level Badminton Player and also a good
dancer. Her younger days were spent playing badminton championships and if it
weren’t for acting, she would have been a sportsperson. Deepika says,“I
do regular exercise, yoga, eat healthy and positive thinking is what makes
me look good.”
She is a lover of Yoga asanas which she swears by for great
flexibility and peace of mind. She also does a mix of Pilates to strengthen her

Soman’s Fitness Regime
Milind Soman is in great shape and defies his ripe age of
50. His fitness mantra is RUNNING! Yes, something as simple as running keeps the Supermodel Actor in shape. He believes that
running involves the entire body, and helps in toning up as a whole.
The Artist cum Athlete, completed the toughest Trilathon in
July 2015, held in Zurich, Switzerland which required him to swim for
3.8 km, ride a bicycle for 180.2 km and complete the marathon with a 42 km run
without any break, all of which was to be done in a period of 16 hours.
However, the actor emerged as the winner by completing it in 15 hours 19
minutes.
Milind says, “If you are
sufficiently aware and monitor your body’s response at every stage in terms of
nutrition and pace, it will all come together. I wanted to gift myself
something special in my 50th year and I am glad I could do this,”
Parineeti Chopra Fitness Regime
Another starlet who has inspired us to be fit and lead a
healthy lifestyle is Parineeti Chopra. She lost oodles of weight and revealed a
much slimmer self. She owes her significant weight loss to a Kerala
form of Martial Art, Kalaripayattu as the routinely gym got her disinterested.
Says Parineeti, “I do Kalaripayattu everyday for an hour. It has made me
more flexible, stronger, and has also helped build my stamina.”
John Abraham’s Fitness Regime
John is popular for his fit body. He
is extremely disciplined with his gym routines and among the very few who
acquired a hard to get 6 pack abdomen muscle.
His workout consists of Cardiovascular
exercises, which increase your heart rate, thus making you sweat to burn fats.
Along with this, he practices kick boxing and body weight exercises. He
believes the key to fitness is in good food, good sleep and good workout. A
good mix of bicep curls, squats, crunches, pull ups, leg lifts gives John the
